Palton Morgan Holdings
From corporate template to investment authority
A billion-naira portfolio trapped behind a forgettable website.
Palton Morgan Holdings is one of Lagos's most ambitious luxury real estate firms. Their portfolio includes Paramount Twin Towers, L5 Banana Island, and Rockhampton Estate — developments worth hundreds of millions collectively. But their website told a different story.
It was a template. Generic hero sliders, stock photography, buried contact information. The kind of site that makes a serious investor question whether the company behind it is serious. In a market where trust is everything — where buyers are putting down deposits on properties they may not have seen in person — the website was actively working against them.
Stop looking like every other developer. Start looking like the investment you are.
We needed to build a site that matched the price tags on the buildings. That meant architectural photography over stock images. Serif typography that communicated heritage and authority. A project portfolio that felt like browsing a luxury catalogue, not scrolling a listing site.
We also restructured the information architecture. The previous site buried the leadership team — a critical trust signal in Nigerian real estate, where people invest in people as much as properties. We brought the board front and centre, with international credentials and professional photography.
Every page became a statement of intent.
The homepage opens with Paramount Twin Towers filling the viewport — no slider, no rotation, just the most impressive project making the first impression. Navigation was simplified to four clear paths: Projects, About, Leadership, Contact.
Each development got its own showcase page with pricing, floor plans, location context, and a direct enquiry form. No more digging through PDFs or emailing a generic address. The entire site was built to reduce the distance between interest and action.
"We went from a website that embarrassed us to one we actively show off to investors. The first month after launch, three separate clients mentioned the site as a reason they felt confident moving forward with deposits."
