Information collected

When you send a project enquiry, the studio may collect your name, email address, company, preferred website package, budget range, timeline and the project information you choose to include. For limited business-to-business outreach, the studio may also record a professional name, role, organisation, publicly listed business contact details, the public source and a relevant observation about the organisation's website. Basic technical information such as an IP address, browser type and request logs may also be processed by the hosting and form-delivery providers for security and reliable operation.

How the information is used

A small number of incorporated businesses may be researched individually using public professional sources such as the organisation's own website, Companies House and relevant public registers. Contact is limited to a publicly listed business address and a service that appears relevant to the recipient's professional role.

The studio relies on legitimate interests for this proportionate research and contact, while applying the separate UK rules for electronic marketing. Every message identifies Clinton and fewertoolstudio, explains why the business was contacted and provides a simple opt-out. You can object at any time by replying to the message or emailing clinton@fewertools.com. No further marketing will be sent after an opt-out.

Services that process information

Web3Forms delivers website form submissions to the studio. A submission can include campaign tags, the landing-page address and the referring page so the studio can understand which promotion led to the enquiry. Vercel hosts the website and may process limited request and security logs. These providers act under their own security and data-protection terms. Information may be processed outside the UK where a provider uses international infrastructure, with the safeguards made available by that provider.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to count anonymised page views and understand referrers, devices and popular pages. It does not use cookies or store personal information. No behavioural advertising trackers are used.

How long information is kept

Enquiries and business-outreach records that do not become client projects are normally kept for no longer than 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then deleted unless there is a legal or security reason to retain them. If you opt out, the minimum information needed to honour that request may be kept on a suppression list for as long as necessary. If a project begins, relevant records may be kept for longer to meet contractual, accounting and legal obligations.

Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. To make a request, email clinton@fewertools.com. The studio may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
